Several extracurricular events are available to the students of St. Rose:
- The middle school students participate in athletic activities on USD 365 teams. Some sports available to them are: football, volleyball, golf and track.
- Band class is available to the 5th and 6th grade students, also through USD 365.
- In addition, we maintain our own basketball teams at the school. Coach Bob Sunderland is getting ready to begin his 22nd year as volunteer coach for our teams.
- 7th and 8th grade students are encouraged to tryout for the Scholar Bowl in the spring.
- Grades 3 - 6 are eligible to tryout for the children's choir organized by the music teacher, Mr. Lucas Tappan.
