SCRAPBOOK

We had a lot of exciting things going on this year!

On May 14th the first, second, fouth, fifth, sixth, seventh and eighth grades took a trip to the Topeka History Museum and the Topeka Zoo.

Charlie Holloran, who is our volunteer PE teacher, brought his sons, Chuck and Kevin Holloran, in to teach the kids about the different kinds of grass on a golf course, how to repair divots, the correct hand wrap to hold the golf club, how the golf courses dig the hole for the cup and flag, and then they helped the kids practice hitting the ball. Unfortunately, most of the 7/8 graders were gone for the track meet.

KC Wolf came on Oct. 12th. He talked to the kids about the ABC's of success--attitude, behavior, and character.

On the second weekend of October, several fathers, grandfathers, uncles and friends gathered to install our new playground. The students love it!
